Vendor Space:
Each vendor space is 8-feet wide and includes one 8-foot table and two folding chairs.
Cost per space is as follows and includes table and admission for two attendants:
· Premium Indoor $150 (McCarthy Hall used in 2018)
· Standard Indoor $125 (McDermott and La Cerra Halls)
· Outdoor $100 (Covered area in Veranda behind McDermott and La Cerra Halls)
Terms and Conditions:
Vendor space cannot be reserved without payment. All fees are non-refundable after October 31, 2019.
The location of each booth will be determined by the Bazaar Committee. No exceptions or changes will be permitted on the date of the event.
During the move-in time 6:30am-8:45am on November 16, Vendors may park in the lot adjacent to McCarthy Hall to unload merchandise. This lot will be reserved for Vendors.
No alcohol may be consumed on the premises. No smoking will be permitted on the premises.
Upon conclusion of the Bazaar, each Vendor will be responsible for prompt removal of all merchandise, including any paperwork, documents and trash no later than 5:00pm.
